I was trying to go to the bathroom and he comes infront of me saying, "Hey, stupid, you better move your dumbazz self over there."
I said, "Ni**a you better get out of my face." He comes after me screaming and pushing me because he said, ni**a is a curse word. Well, calling me stupid and dumb is a curse word to me.
He's older than me, he stronger than me, I know he is going to win any physical fight so when he push me, my ear is still hurting from that.
What should I do? I don't want to move out of the house because that will give him more freedom of getting friends together at the house since mom is leaving out of town soon.

My brother and I were just like that, and it turn out worst everyday, until he put his hands on my neck.Today I'm in USA and we talk but its not the same, I'm hurt of what he did, to me and my personal. And if you mom is leaving town, forever? or just the week, then try to find a friend or/and family to stay with. In your case its probably different, I hope. Good Luck.

Your mom is leaving out of town soon. You'd better speak up to your mom about this now.
Speaking to her is just the first step. You shouldn't be left alone in a house with someone who can be physically violent with you. You need to have a reliable person watching this situation.

First of all, stop using bad words like that, it's mean and two wrongs don't make a right. Anyone who uses that vulgar slur should expect to get their a z z beat, no matter what their skin color.
If you know he's always going to beat you in a fight, then don't fight him, simple as that. Just prove you're more mature and have the inner strength to walk away from his taunting. Just ignore his rude remarks and go on with your life. Find yourself a strong role model you can think of at times like this - someone brave and confident, who doesn't need to settle every dispute by name-calling or violence.

Well, just keep buggin him and be annoying, dont get all soft and start complaining about moving out and that your ear hurts etc.... just keep annoying him, and before he shoves you out of the way to go to the restroom get in there and lock it, if he starts banging on the door, just say have you ever heard of ladies first! and when your mom goes out of town, invite your friends over first, and laugh really loud so he get a taste of his own medicine!!!!!

Your brother hit you and you are a girl? Where did he learn that from? Do your parents hit each other?
He calls you stupid and you respond with the N word. It appears the two of you need to learn respect.
Talk to your parents, if they care.
