i have been there. i lost a lot of important info the first time this happened to me. I tried to get them to at least let me retrieve said info from my account. All I got was a stone wall response. I am sorry. I know how you feel. Yahoo blows donkeys. I use hotmail now for all my business email needs. I will never use yahoo mail again.
