Every child is different. My son got his first 2 teeth at 4 months old. But my nephew didn't get any teeth until he was a year old and then they pretty much all came in at once. If your dr. isn't concerned about it, then you really shouldn't be either. They will come in.

It varies. Some babies get their first tooth at 4 months and others don't get theirs until their first birthday. If teeth haven't started coming in by the time they are a year old, I'd say talk to their doctor. Otherwise be thankful! Teething is no fun!

My daughter was 5 1/2 months when she got her first two bottom teeth but my niece was a lot older. My son is 3 months old and he is teething now.Every child is different, some start early, some start late, if your concerned at all ask your health visitor/doctor, they should put you at ease as i read somewhere that a baby can be up to a year old until there first teeth come through.

I spoke to my pediatrician about this today. My baby just made 6 months and has two bottom teeth in. She said generally this is the time babies get teeth, but she has seen as young as 4 months.

well my son had 2 teeth by 4 months old. usually they come in the first year somewhere between 6-10 months. if your son doesnt have a tooth by 15 months then your dr may recommend that he goes and gets x rays to make sure their are teeth in his mouth. i am sure he is fine they will come in due time

My babies varied a lot. My two oldest didn't get any teeth until they were almost 9 months old . But then my youngest was 4 months old when he started cutting his. I wouldn't be too alarmed yet! If they don't have any after they are 1, I would see what my pediatrician had to say.

They usually have at least 2 teeth before they turn 1 year old. Sometimes they have as many as 6 by then. Be patient. They will show up soon. Then the biting starts! ouch!

Soon, dear, soon. But there's no exact time schedule - sometimes babies are BORN with teeth. Can you imagine the poor momma trying to nurse that child? OOOowwwwwwww!
