You have to want to dance in order to choose to dance. But if you want an answer . . . this is just my personal opinion.
Dancing is a wonderful thing. I've been doing Musical Theatre for 3 years, and we have to do a lot of dancing, but I absolutely love it! Dancing just makes all the stresses and problems in my life go away . . . all I think about is dancing when I dance. I don't care who's watching it. I'm dancing for me.

you should dance because you want to if you dance you should feel, express. love its the movemen t of your body through shape and mind, manpulating your movements you change and you grow. dont dance beacuse everyone is doing it. do it for yourself.

one is you get lots of excise. another one is everyone is super nice and won't spread rumors or anything like that. And the last thing is you have fun and meet alot of nice people.
