Hi J A, Try some of the second hand stores. You will be surprised in what you can find in those stores. Sometimes you will find new cloths with the price tag on it where the person bought it. That's if you don't mind shopping at a second store.

yes target is great for cute summer dresses, so is wet seal, if you have one where you live
