Hey does anyone know any great fast paced songs for a Jazz class that are appropiate for 6-9 year old girls??? Thx so much I really appreciate it!!

It may not be as fast as you would like it to be, but I love this song, and it surely is appropriate for 6 - 9 year olds. It's "Feelin' Good" by Michael Buble. It's pretty jazzy. I love that song!!!

Here is a list that I have been using for my beginner jazz class:
Disney Mania, Hannah Montana Soundtrack, High School Musical Soundtrack, Happy Feet Soundtrack, any NSYNC cd, and for the past few weeks, the girls have been asking to listen to one of my Beach Boys albums-they love the song "California Girls!!"

There are a few great songs, with super high energy, that would be perfect on the album The African Flower, by James Newton.
