I take the inactive pills until I get my period, then I start on the active pills again. Usually it takes about four days on the inactive pills for me to get my period. Is this a bad thing to do? I hate to have my period, but I have kids already and to have another will really make me not happy.
I want to get the tubal ligation, but I do not have any insurance for myself. :( :( :( :(

Check with your doctor about "Seasonale." It is extended birth control, so you only have your period four times a year.

yes it is healthy to have your period if you skip the pills and go straigt to active with out that break you may skip your period but you will be asking for health trouble if you do this more then 2 times a year!

i don't know if this is a safe thing to do unless you ask your doctor first. try going to planned parenthood, they do female and male sterilization and will be able to get you at least a discount since you do not have insurance.

Yikes.....doesn't your husband provide insurance for you?
If you do not have a spouse, stop having sex with a non committed partner until he buys your health care. Teach your children that Mom doesn't give it away without some perks.
