That is alright only if he just returns for ONE NIGHT ONLY. He is a bit old for full time wrestling.

1) Hogan's show's on VH1, so yeah, right there you can tell they know butt kiss
2) Vince offered the man a 400,000 contract for ONE appearance, and Hogan wiped his butt with it
3) Austin's not the only person in that once possible dream match with a problem. Neither man wants to job to the other. It'd be battle of the franchise backstage crybabies.
I think Hogan's lost all of his mythical proportion via the Internet and reality show. People don't want to see him anymore, and Vince knows this, and that's why Hogan's not getting paid more.

I used to like Hulk Hogan, but now I'm sick of seeing and hearing about him.
Let him go back to doing silly movies. I enjoyed watching him then.
