tho it's not technically "legal" in Canada the most cops will do to you if it is under a certain amount, i believe it's three grams or less, is take it away from you. The idea behind the law is to go after the dealers instead of petty users. I would still suggest being somewhat careful in case the laws vary from province to province i went to Niagara falls i hope this helps and enjoy your trip.

Ever since 1999 the government has been yak yak yak about decriminalizing marijuana. As far as the law is not as tough, but I am sure that marijuana is still illegal in Canada too.

Drug guidelines are laxed in Ontario Ive been stuck with 3 kilos, 2 grand, driving intoxicated and reason to promote, i became enable off some hours later with a caution and all my stuff again minus the weed. police officials in reality care in case your turning out to be it, except that ive in reality ever heard of funds prices and no penitentiary time or probation or something like that for only possession.

I don't smoke marijana or anything else, but I do know that our
revenues would be much greater if it was legalized and tax to the
hilt.....hence, crime would decrease

i was told by a guide....you can have 1 plant per acre...without trouble....but who knows...ive been their....you can grow for miles and know one would find it....
