Try drinking it instead. Or have pen!s covered in chocolate flavoured substitute which you can lick at your own pace ;)

You are the most bravest person. I am a chocoholic.
I gave it up one year for lent, and found I ate a lot of fruit in place of it.

Well I'm told that to curb a craving do the opposite so try eating savoury stuff like crisps etc
