If your looking for a Torx screwdriver that has a "hole" in the center, they are called Security Torx's
You can find bits for them at Sears and many hardware stores.

Tamper proof allen or torx keys, that's what they are called. When you look at the bolt or fixing that you are trying to loosen and the head of the bolt has a small peg in the centre of the fixing, then you need the above keys.
