what about church or beliefs, being around other kids ect.?

they would probably be pampered becuase for some reason in our culture we either pamper people with strange mutations or we make furn of them and they are outcast

If I had been born with four working limbs, I think it would be awesome. Gives an entirely new meaning to the term multi-tasking. After all, having to carry "more of the groceries" simply means fewer trips to the car as an adult.
There are people, however, who are born with defects and non-working limbs, and I'm certain for those people, if any, who are born with four arms, life is made more difficult, just as it would be for anyone who has even one limb out of two that doesn't work properly.
