big bad wolfs will eat small bears. A pack of wolfs can take down just about any predator. When the bear dies, then other small animals can eat them. Yes and other bigger and meaner bears will eat small bears.

Bears are known as apex predators, so not much will pray on a bear. I suppose wild dogs will probably eat a dead bear carcase though.
