no all companies check with credit reference agencies to see if you are a credit risk if your not and you have never faulted on any payments for other things i would ask for a credit reference agency check it costs 5 pounds and lists any debts or judgements you have against you or your property good luck

You could have failed a credit check for a number of reasons. I failed a credit check with T-Mobile last week. With me i got a contract with Vodafone few days before, but i wanted to swap vodafone with tmobile. You can your credit file from equifax.co.uk or experion.co.uk. I think brighthouse can do a contract without a credit check, but its very expensive. Also a company thats part of yes car credit do none credit check contracts.

No, but different networks have different standards so some may decline when others wouldn't. Try going for a plan where there is a fixed credit limit like t-mobile u-fix a couple of people i know have been declined for vodafone and orange but were accepted on the t-mobile u-fix plan.

difficult to try and get a contract phone with no or bad credit rating, think its going to be P-A-Y-G, unless you have a good mate who will take one out in his name and let you pay him the monthly fee.
