me and my girl of 3 yrs where having problems at one point so she stayed with a relative for a short time, when she came back to my house her relative returned everything but over $500.00 worth of perfume, they made up excusess saying they might of gotten thrown away by mistake, but point being is they returned all her clothing but no perfume, i have documents showing the value of each perfume, we have voice recordings of her relative making excusess for the "lost" perfumes, we have pictures show each box and the ML size of each bottle, witnesses knowing that i brought each bottle through a course of 3 yrs, most of those bottles have senimental value to her b/c i bought them for each occasion and anniversary, so what im asking is what more evidence of any tips anyone could give me to help me in the small claims court room, any help or tips is greatly appreciated

The best evidence is their admissions of misuse or disposal. Proving the total value may be questionable because if any of the items were used it leaves all of them suspect in value. The court will not guess at true value so you may not get much back. Sorry.

Sounds like you have all the evidence you will need.
