I regularly attend the Pea Pickin' Flea Market in St. Croix Falls, WI. It's great! My favorites are: the book man, he will give you a 1$ credit for books brought in and all his books cost 2$ & the toy lady, she has bus tubs full of the toys and toy pieces, I got a wonderful old set of lincoln logs for 8$ and then she said to go through all the bins to see if there are any extra pieces. Other than that, there are people who get odds and ends from stores and sell them for cost (shoes, sports shirts, dishes). Good Luck!

I used to sell Watkins at flea markets and ended up with a ton of regular customers who showed up week after week. It went over very well, I was just tired of having all my weekends tied up so I got out of it.

In my area, there are many flea markets in the area. anything from old antiques, to packaged clothes, to cell phone covers to "smoking assessories."
I like to buy things that are cheap, but costly elsewhere. Things like belts, art paintings and asian themed items like Buhdas and plannts.

old antique looking wooden products. not necessarily huge. just interesting well made stuff. i've been all over looking for a place that makes well made wooden minitures. please look into it. its not that expensive to buy if you know where to get it in bulk and you could make a decent profit. i'm sure there is loads of interest out there.

people like to buy costume jewelry (something modern, unusual or a funky look), purses (w/monnagramed or some special look to them, or even finished, (matted) artwork if you paint. bottom line is people like something moderately priced and DIFFERENT than you can get in usual stores.
