I think those of us who went without bras in the '60s and '70s probably do find it very difficult to get back into wearing bras, but the women these days do say that they are very easy to wear. I personally hate them and feel very constrained in one. I always feel it, and prefer wearing tank tops that have built in bras. You don't get the proper support that you need, but at least the "girls" aren't flopping around!
Stick to a smaller bust size. I was nice and tiny before I had kids and had no need for a bra. Of course now that age and gravity have set in, the boobs look like Italian bread dough and the nipples point south! People have said that if I had worn a bra I could have prevented that, but both my mother and my grandmother looked that way, so I think its genetics.
Good luck with your future!

It depends on the bra really. And of course how much you are willing to spend. When it comes to bras I have found that you truly do get what you pay for. So if you really want a comfortable bra don't be afraid to spend a little more money on a good high quality bra. Also as a woman my advice on your bust size would be bigger isn't always better. The men may like your breasts larger but unfortunately with bigger breats comes more problems, for example depending on your build a bigger chest can cause back problems and breathing problems from the weight. So choose a size that you will be able to handle for the long term. Anyway just a little advice I hope it helps. And congratulations and good luck on your ongoing process!

Depends on the bra and how big you want to be. personally I hate them and went along with the bra burning of the Sixties and haven't looked back. I would say that probably the ones out now are a lot better, I've tried some of the real expenssive ones and they aren't too bad, but you always know they are there. The bigger you go the more support you need the bigger the bra, the more you notice it, so I would say, stay with a smaller bust size. It's quality not quantity that counts.

It always feels better not to wear a bra... but there are plently of bras out there that can be called comfortable. I would say stick to a smaller bust size because big boobs in general are uncomfortable...they pull down and may give you back pain.

Bras take a little getting used to. When I was younger, my parents had to make me wear one. As I got older, I actually found that an underwire was more comfortable. These days they make so many styles that you should be able to find something that works for you. (It might take a little trial and error - everyone is different) Just make sure that you are fitted properly- that is the #1 reason for bras being uncomfortable. I, personally, would reccomend something without lace around the edges, as that will irritate your skin.
As for implants, I would reccomend going no bigger than a "C" as larger breasts tend to cause back pain. Get used to sleeping differently too.

I have to wear the underwire type, but find that the jersey (like t-shirt fabric) are more comfortable than the lacey type. I'd say nothing larger than a c cup for comfort. You can always wear demi bras or cutlets to enhance what you've got once you've got it. Congratulations on making a move - you're a very brave person!

Bras really aren't that bad. As long as you get the most comfortable. Size really doesn't matter and don't go for the smallest! Victoria Secret has the best comfort bras ever!

Bras are actually very comfortable. You just have to find the right ones.
I won't not wear one. Lol. But my boobs are a 34D and I need the support. Haha.

You can find some that are actually quite comfortable. You'll get used to them. Try one's w/o underwires to start out with, they are the most uncomfortable.

They are not uncomfortable at all, unless you get the ones with thye thick wires. i prefer sport bras (sooo comfortable) and the IPEX bras (no wires) from Victoria's Secret.
