There are so many discrepancies surrounding the events of September the 11th, questions that need to be addressed. I am not a conspiracy theorist, I do not go out looking for these discrepancies and I do not believe or disbelieve anything I read and hear. It's all propaganda after all, whether it's left wing or right wing. But it seems to me that many people are unwilling to confront these issues so as not to appear un-American. I've read so many comments on You Tube below the Loose Change film that I don't understand. Loads of people say we shouldn't question because that is attacking the memory of the people who died. But those people are the reason we should ask questions surely? The "Jersey Girls" tried to question the Government and nobody cared what they had to say (www.believeyourowneyes.com). I'm not attacking anyone here, I just don't understand. Maybe someone could shed some light on the matter.

The Jersey Girls are a group of women are all related to someone who died on 911. Mothers and wives. So I suspect they know what it feels like. They never started out as conspiracy theorists or government haters. They just had questions they wanted answered and these questions mounted up over time. They are not necessarily questioning who committed the attacks, they are questioning the events leading up to and following them with regards to the amount of information that the Government had and has compared to how much they claim to have and have had. There is a film called Press 911 For Truth.

Its just knee-jerk reactionary talk. Some people want to believe in "America! The shining glory of the world! That can do no wrong!"

Anything contradicting that is automatically unpatriotic.

You'll notice that there are no serious arguments against the answering of those important questions, theres just insults and knee-jerk talk. Theres no logic behind it. People just dont want to face the idea that theyve been decieved by the people they trust.

That being said, around half of Americans (according to polls) do think there is some kind of cover-up surrounding 9-11, and even more than that ('round 60-70% if I remember right) dont think the official story is completely true, but stop short of saying anything else.

Not to mention that over 70% of New Yorkers want 9-11 reinvistigated independently.

The ones who are yelling that its unpatriotic to question the government are the minority, and their numbers are shrinking every day, as more of the 9-11 videos are circulated and shown at meetings and such.

As always happens in America, the extremist minority just screams louder than everyone else, and so people think theyre bigger than they actually are. They dont have that much support, they just have loud voices.

Many (thankfully not all) Americans believe that seeking the truth, I mean questioning one's government is tantamount to treason. There is a mass forgetting of the fact that the government is of the people, for the people, by the people. It is not just do as your government says - which is a dictatorship. Asking question in no way diminishes the memory of those who lost their lives on that tragic day. Lives of people who hailed from the far corners of the globe I might add. (My stepmom's best friend's son in law died that day). So I say feel free to question, I only wish that the current US government wasn't led by such a covert group of good ol'boys.

I don't believe the conspiracy that it was perpetrated by the US gov't (though I will admit it was an immediate thought that passed through my mind that day know what we know about GWB's desire to be a mighty cowboy). The evidence is clear that it was an Al -Quaeda planned attack. The Iraq invasion was a farce. Osama "bin Hidingintheopen" is still a free man while the only terrorist in sight is the GWB who is now responsible for more civilian death than anyone could have imagined.

Questioning is not unpatriotic.

I don't see how questioning what happened 9/11 is disrespecting those who died.

I don't believe that our government planned the attack, I believe that we were attacked by Muslim extremists who hate our country.

Also, I believe that these conspiracy theorists are just anti-government and want to believe what they believe. Being America they have that right regardless of how wrong they are.

Fact, 9/11 was an inside job, you are called ''unpatriotic'' so they can discredit you. The official story of 9/11 is a conspiracy, a complete lie, supporting the lies and myths is an insult to the 9/11 families.

It isn't it happened we know that and we need to kick some more butt for that. Would you not want your Country to kick some butt for you if necessary. ....................It's a no brainer.,..........in my book...............what about the life lost....................their familiers..............sometimes I wonder what happened to the rich people's money and stock, inventions and pattens and trademarks that they had. That is one to think about look at all the great minds we lost on that dreadful day, and not only Americans aswell...............................Then you have an organization take responsibility for it and laugh......come on. I don't necessary like the fact that our Country is at War, but look at all the trash talking various people and leaders in the Middle East have been talking for over thiry years...........................Remember the hostages taken while Jimmy Carter was Prez..................If these people don't like getting whipped by the USA, then they need to be more Civil..........................They are lucky that the USA dosen't unleash me on their Butts.............................Peace Time Vet................or was it Peace Times, cause they took the hostages and treated them real bad while I was on active duty back in the 70s. I believe that I am the same age as Bennie Aladin..............and I wish I could have a boxing match with him..................I would knock his tall skinny butt out for the people...............Look at the mess he has gotten his people into......................that man is evil..............worse than the previous leader of Iraq who is now deceased. I know my spelling isn't the greatest, but when necessary I am a fighter for the USA and a Patriot not a Professor with any big degrees. We all have different gifts and I am not a war monger, just like what is right and justice, and I will also let it be known, I damn sure do not want to be paying $20.00 a gallon for gas and fall prey to another Country. Well, you got me started, but gotta let my blood preasure go back down, so in the words of Donald Duck "Thats All Folks".......

I think it is just the oppopsite. It should be patriotic and it shouldn't be mainly Americans, who ask questions. We all need to learn, understand and keep in mind of what a horrible act this was and not to forget how messed up our world. is. I am a Native New Yorker who worked in the World Trade Center prior to moving out of state. That hit me just as much as people who were there. I will never stop asking questions, attacking the memory no...asking is keeping their memories alive!

Osama was responsible for the attacks. But what is adding to the the whole thing is this:Imagine if a prominent politician has been to a brothel and the place goes up in flames, he has a difficult time explaining his presence there. Many people have been caught off-guard and have a difficult time explainaing their position.
