Yep, it's on the dole for you I'm afraid...
By the way, I only read the first line of the question and couldn't be bothered to read the rest. Still, I'm sure I'd fire you if you worked for me.

If you quit, you won't be able to collect unemployment insurance while you are looking for another job. Companies can make work conditions terrible if upper management truly believes that they can get you to quit as a result of it. If a company can pressure an employee to quit, they don't have to pay as much for unemployment insurance. Last I checked, it isn't illegal for your boss to micromanage you.
This is unfortunate and very petty, but it happens. If you get fired, you also won't be able to collect unemployment insurance unless you have documented proof from a physician that the job caused you stress, etc.
Check your employee handbook. If you work in a state like California that has an at-will clause, either party, the employer or the employee, can terminate employment at any time without cause.
The first thing you need to remember is this: you are in control of your own career and destiny.
If you really hate it there, then look for other employment, just don't be surfing on Monster.com while you're at work. And get counselling or find some way to de-stress yourself because if you're angry enough to be posting this type of a question here, that anger will show when you try to write a cover letter or when you start interviewing.

You don't say what it is you do but you do say you cheat, you show up late, you are costing them money to train (no e at the end) without any intention of actually working for them when you have completed the training and...you can't spell and you eaves drop on your boss' conversations.
You should be fired. But, if I were you, I would apply for any other job while you still have one, and if you boss is trying to get you to quit he will give you a decent recommendation. Forget about the transfer and take a serious second look at how you are managing your life.

DON'T QUIT! You don't know for certain they were talking about you. If you keep assuming its you he is talking about is taking a defeatist attitude.
If you quit - you lose your unemployment benefits. Hang in there, be a trooper. You cant possibly be productive by letting this get to you. Block it out and realize you are just being silly (we all are entitled to our silly moments) ....
....and hey - lets say the worst comes to bare and he fires you. You walk away with the dignity of knowing you did your best and it all boils down to office politics and its nothing to you.
Dont be defeated by suspicions or gossip. They wont kill you. But then, there's an idea! Your back up plan! Write a Stephen King like horror novel on a Job where this guy gets killed by his bosses..., and... yeah.., well..., just hang in there. Chin up AND KEEP A SENSE OF HUMOR! It will get you through it.

No you're not going to be fired. They are expecting you to quit and trying to help you make that decision quickly. In the US as companies are worried about law suits they willto create a documented trail of your short commings. t starts with a bad review, followed by an official "You suck" letter with a plan for improvement. Then after 3-6 months of this BS they might have the nerve to fire you. You are young, GTF out of there.
