i would sit down with her face to face and tell her what happened tell her that your sorry and that you will never even speak to him again. also tell her that she might want to rethink her relationship with the guy because if he's cheating on her with you chances are he's cheating with other girls too

Either way your gonna loose on this one.
If you tell her:
First, you should never talk to him again and tell him how wrong you both were
second: tell your friend and appologies, she will be mad and may never talk to you again.
It will be hard and you will loose him and most likely her.
But, you should go through this pain and remember it, so it will never happen again.
If you don't tell:
If will be hard to live a lie and see your friend with him and know what had happened and how you hurt her...he may think he can still see you and if not you he will cheat on her with another girl thinking he can get away with it.
If you are a true friend, you will tell her to save her from the future.

Honesty is best..
You have to decide what kind of person you are.
Are you the person who noone can trust or are you the person who can start changing TODAY and be a better person for it.
Tell your friend so she can dump him. He will just cheat on her with other girls.. Poor thing.
