my maximize square button on desk top is not on righr hand corner.Help.. i am a novice on computers.

Yep, I know what you mean, sometime I run into that. What may have happened is that you bloated the middle-sized screen? (The one with the two overlapping rectangles that's usually sometimes where the maximize square is, between the X and the _.) So, if you're having problems of this sort with an application, one thing you may try is, try moving the mouse to the top bar of the application (the bar with its name, at the top of the screen, if that bar is visible...) and then single-clicking and holding down the left mouse button and dragging south-west until you can find the maximize button... or better yet, at this point, you can drag the sides of the window until you get it down to a more manageable size.

Another thing you may try is, right click the window's item on the status bar at the bottom of the screen, and you'll see items for maximize, minimize, close, etc.
