I would definitely check out Forever 21 or Wetseal. Both stores have websites that have a lot of cute stuff that you sometimes can't find in stores. Plus, their prices are really good too! And there are dresses for everyone --- so many styles!

Olda Navy just came out with a spring casual dress line. Very classy without over doing it.
