What are some hot hip hop and r&b dance spots in LA/Hollywood?

I'm going to be in the LA/Hollywood area in April, and I need to know what cool spots I should go to for dancing. I'm into hip hop, old school and r&b. I would also like to do some shopping at local flea markets. Anyone have any suggestions?

Florentine Gardens in Hollywood. dont go to the one in El Monte, its full of lesbians.
