Look Sally,,, it has to be Dr. Cox,,, in other words newbie, why should I even bother tellikng you the answer when it is obvious to all that practice medicine here at sacred heart, there is only one answer, but not to point out the answer that sits in front of your nose barbie, maybe you should take a wild guess, and try again.

how can one answer that??? everyone on that show plays such an integral part, and they do it so well that its very hard...but- i think i would have to say janitor (or Dr. Jan Itor) just because he adds so much to the show (now thats not to say that the main characters arent great... its just i think his role is great...)
