I'm on a period and my breastare very tender what do i do?

YOU cant do anything....just be patent and it will go away! Some poepl like to ice them(for someodd reason),take a nice hot bath or take some midol(or another pain killer)! I hope this will help you!

There are no cures for the pains of being a woman, it is just something you have to go through, you may try midol or advil. Good luck to you.

Take one vitaminB6 a day (you can buy it from the supermarket) at least it will help for when you get your next period.In the meantime I agree you should take ibuprofen

That's normal, take some Motrin (ibuprophen). It'll get better in a day or two.

That's common, it's caused by hormone variations. If it bothers you that much, you could talk to your gynecologist about types of birth control that help with hormone variations.

This is very normal, and unfortunately you can't do anything about it. Just be careful when moving around and don't sleep on your stomach.

take off ur bra...wear LOOSE clothes...take a hot bath...eat chocolate and watch the notebook!

GET YOUR BRA OFF AND WEAR CLOTHES THAT DON'T ''SUFFOCATE'' YOUR BODY. YOUR BREASTS ARE SENSITIVE BECAUSE OF THE HORMONES IN YOUR BODY DUE TO YOUR PERIOD.
