It's the king himself (Elvis Presley, and Tweedle Dee)

Tweedle tweedle tweedle dee
I'm as happy as can be.
Jimminy cricket, jimminy jack,
You make my heart go clicketyclack.
Tweedle tweedle tweedle dee.

Tweedle dum, tweedle do,
Give it up give it up,
Give your love to me.
Tweedle do, tweedle dot.
Gimme gimme gimme gimme
Gimme all the love you got.

Tweedle tweedle tweedle dee,
I'm a lucky so-and-so.
Mercy, mercy, pudding pie,
You got something that money can't buy.
Tweedle tweedle dee.

Tweedle dum, tweedle do
Give that kiss to me before you go.
Tweedle do, tweedle dot,
Gimme gimme gimme gimme
Gimme all the love you got.

Tweedle tweedle tweedle dee
I'm a lucky so-and-so.
Mercy, mercy, who needs you?
I'm gonna keep my eyes on you.
Tweedle tweedle tweedle dee.
Oh, tweedle dee, tweedle do.

It's a song composed by Winfield Scott called "Tweedle Dee". Elvis Presley sings it on an album of early live songs called The Hayride Sessions. (Many artists have recorded it, as was once the fashion.) But it's "jimminy cricket, jimminy jack / you make my heart go clickety-clack!" I think its a song called 'Run You'

Give a little time to the child within you quickly
Don't be afraid to be young and free,
Undo the locks and throw away the key and
Take off your shoes and socks and
Run You

Run through the meadow,
Scare up a milking cow,
Run through the beach kicking clouds of sand.
Walk a windy weather day,
Feel your face blow away,
Stop and listen,
Love you.

Roll like a circus clown,
Put away your circus frown,
Ride a roller coaster upside down.
Waltzing Matilda,
Carry, love a kankerchoo,
Joey catch a kangaroo,
Hug you.

Dandelions, milkweeds, silky on a summer sky,
Reach out and hitch a ride,
Roll on by.
Balloons down below,
Blooming colors of the rainbow,
Red, green and yellow, blue,
I love you.

Bicycles, tricycles, ice cream, candy
Lollipops and popsicles and liquorice sticks
Solomon Grandy,
Raggedy Andy,
Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee,
Home Free.

Cops and robbers,
Puppy dogs and sand pails,
Beach balls and base balls and basketballs too.
I love forget-me-nots, fluffer nutter, sugar pops,
I hug you and kiss you and,
Love you
La la la la la, la la la la,
La la la la la,
La la.

could it be 'old king cole was a merry old soul' nursery rhyme? that has a reference to tweedledum ad tweedledee:

Old King Cole was a merry old soul,
And a merry old soul was he;
He called for his pipe,
And he called for his bowl,
And he called for his fiddlers three.
Ev'ry fiddler had a fiddle,
And a very fine fiddle had he.
Tweedle dee, tweedle dee,
Tweedle dee, tweedle dee,
Tweedle dee, tweedle dee,
Went the fiddlers three,
Oh there's none so rare
As can compare,
With King Cole and his fiddlers three.
