I enjoy watching shows like Survivor,Fear Factor etc.because of the challenges they face.It's entertaining.They know there is a possibility of getting humiliated on these shows.

i think it's because we like to see other everyday people win. by watching some nobody from nowhere win $5789032178953 it give us the thought that we could do so as well. also because we have nothing better to do with our lives....
