You cannot delete everything to make your laptop normal if there is something wrong you have to REFORMAT cause if you try to delete everything you will either break your hard drive for over loading it that is alot of pressure on it. And if it crashes it is something IN SYSTEM 32 and if you delete something like that you will have to reformat your system because system32 is very critical for your system to run properly

To do this procedure is called reformatting your windows system I do this every 6 months to 1 Year >>>> You have to restart your laptop it is usualy tab that you have to press or it will tell you on the bottom of the screen it is either tab or Delete (NOT BACK SPACE WHAT YOU USE TO ERASE WORDS) then when you go into something for startup I am not possitive and it asks you your first boot mode and press cd rom drive for the first one then save it using f10 i believe to exite and save then you insert your widnows disk and it ask you to load from disk press any key and then you load into your windows disk

You need to boot it off a rescue floppy disk. If it still won't detect the CD with that, it's bad and time for a new laptop.
