Ohio State
Obviously they get a 1 seed no matter what happens. I don't see Wisconsin making a move for one because one of their starters is hurt.
North Carolina
I believe they will win the tournament of one of the toughest leagues every year, the ACC.
Florida
They proved last year they can make a run in the tournament. With essentially the same players they should be rewarded.
UCLA
The PAC 10 in my opinion was the strongest conferance this year so UCLA, the regular season winner of the conferance should get the 1 seed.
Sorry but the Big XII is too weak this year to warrant one of their teams, Kansas, Texas, or Texas A&M getting a top seed.

ohio state...best team in college hoops right now by far
ucla...a lock for the west even after losing to washington
kansas...solidified their status with comeback win over texas
unc/wisconsin...if carolina makes the final of the acc tourney or if wisconsin fails to make the finals of the big 10 tourney, they will get it, otherwise wisconsin will get it
