Was 2006 like for you? What happened to you?
I lost 4 of my family members (all for different reasons) I made 2 good new friends and I feel in love with a guy I will never be with.
What about you? I want to know all your good times and funny times and bad times...if you don't mind telling me :) xx

My dad had a heart attack, then 2 months later was diagnosed with cancer and on that same day my bro told me that his wife had left him and his three boys. Dad was then then treated for the cancer, for about 6mnths. In that time my sister (and best friend) left my family. At the end of Dad's treatment my Granddad died. I moved house, and on the night I moved my Dad died.

2006 was a weird, busy year. My dad died, 2 of my 3 dogs died (for different reasons), my sis had major surgery (she's fine), my best friends hubby died, I ran my 1st marathon, and best of all, my beautiful granddaughter was born. Other than that, not much.

I was still in love with an ex
I was stuck in a job that was driving me insane
I started my nursing course
My big bro moved out
My nana was diagnosed with leukemia (has just passed away)
I made some new buddies
I went to Spain with my 2 bestfriends
I met my oldest friend's new baby for the first time
I spent all my money repairing my car :(
I felt happy being single (finally!)

I lost several people that I care about as well as watched my marriage fall to pieces. I met a wonderful new friend who has totally changed my whole life around for the best and I got to see my son turn a year old.

I realized I was bisexual-Now have been with girlfriend for 1year and 2 monrhs,then my 27 year old brother died fron cancer-I hate cancer,My lil sis had her 1st baby,I finally got a home for me,girlfriend and kids,I got my licence back and here we go with another year,hopefully full of good things! Sorry about your losses.

Got a voluntary job that changed my life for the better. I am now at last happy with my life.
Had a great time with the love of my life in Northumberland, then it finished!!! Still good friends though.

the fun times...hmm well for me i think school is fun except the working part so being w/ firends is cool. bad times, i broke up with my gf from a 3year relationship for no good reason and terribly regretting it.
