I know (for sure) only the two biggest ones which are Athens and Thessaliniki. Now about the third one it is not so sure because there are many cities with the same population!

The Athens basin which although it has many different prefectures, constitutes one huge metropolis with over 4 million inhabit-ants
Thessaloniki in the north.
and actually the third one would be ...Melbourne, Australia with roughly half a million Greeks.

Piraeus is connected to Athens, so yoy can't really distinguish it from Athens.
So, Athens , Thessaloniki and then Patra or Larissa
The population of Athens is about 3.000.000, not 700.000, which is the population of the municipality of Athens (the centre of Athens, basically).
