Negative, ghost rider ... polar bear poo remains warmer than the surrounding temperature as it leaves the body.

Although I have never seen a polar bear in the wild, my job at SeaWorld does allow me to see them a few times a week.

No. Waste is still warm and moist when it exits the colon. Temperatures must be extremely beyond frigid for that to be possible.
