What is your time horizon? Millions of baby-boomers are on the verge of retiring, and many of them have not saved or invested anywhere near enough to live on. Since "safe" investments are not going to earn them what they need to live on, my guess is that they will put money into the stock market, but only in stocks they perceive as "safe", which will probably translate into a huge infusion of cash into the stocks that make up the Dow Jones Industrial Average, especially those paying the highest-yielding dividends.

If you have limited funds, a good way to exploit this phenomenom might be the "Dogs of the Dow" ( http://www.dogsofthedow.com ),
there are various Mutual funds and UITs that allow you to follow this with small regular dollar investments, too...

I don't know about the "most" undervalued, but check out XL Capital (XL). They are going from about a $9.14 per share loss to an estimated $8+ profit this year. Want a piece of that? It will cost you about $71 a share to get in on it. Then check out Dominion Resources (D), it is only going from an eps of $3.93 to an estimated $5.23. If they make it, it will go up. It will cost you about $85 a share to get in. Interested?
