Well, Dumbledore was a favorite character of many fans of the books. When he died, it left people in shock and denial.
There were many signs pointing to his death:
The spell on Harry was broken.
He was lying there not breathing or moving and the buried him.
There was a portrait of him with the other dead headmasters.
J.K.Rowlings said he really was dead!
There are also some things pointing to him making a possible return:
When they had the funeral, there was a Phoenix coming out of the fire. Phoenix die but are reborn.
It seems that this was all part of a plan Dumbledore had, so he may have staged his death so Snapes unbreakable promise would be broken and Voldermort would come out and fight. Since he feared Dumbledore, his death would make Voldermort bolder.
Whether alive or dead, Dumbledore will have a major role in book 7. However, since he kept saying there are things worse than death, I think he is really dead.
The site just helps fill the human desire to mourn, even if it was for someone who never really lived!

well......... they are obviously trying to let people know thay believe Dumbledore is not really dead, that he will come back in some plot twist or something.
Really, though, it just means some people have too much time to spare and are beginning to have trouble telling Harry's world from reality.

said people being pathetic harry potter freaks who refuse to accept the inevitable: that their favorite character of a lame series is not dead. so they're trying to find other losers just like them so they dont think they're alone in their insignificant need: to prove that their favorite character is not dead.
