You can make an arrangement with JUTA tours (Jamaica Union of Travelers Association), Negril Chapter. They are the choice transportation service in Jamaica. You could call them at 876-957-4620 or 876-957-9197. They can pick you up at the Airport. They provide all modes of transportation including limousine service. The price is reasonable.

Get a private driver. There's so many great places to stop by on the way: visit Peter Tosh house in Bluefields, try some pepper shrimp in Middle Quarters, cool down in YS Falls, take a look down St. Elizabeth plains from Don Figuerero Mountains, then in Clarendon you get on the highway and you'll be in Kingson fast. It's a long trip but it's worth it.
If it's too much for you, take a plane from Negril Aerodrome to MoBay and then from MoBay to Kingston.
