He should prosecute himself, for not stopping the investigation as soon as he discovered that Plame WAS NOT AN UNDERCOVER CIA AGENT. NO law was broken by giving her identity out, and it was a valid point to make that she had a bias against the Administration and wanted to trump up unfounded claims about President Bush's reasons for taking out Saddam Hussein.
