If no semen got close to her vagina, then no. But if you ejaculated near her vagina, it's possible. There is a very, very slim chance, but it has happened.

HIGHLY unlikely. But if she doesn't get on the pill, or if you don't seriously committ to wearing a condom from the get-go (before you get near her you-know-what) then eventually she will be pregnant.
So get her on the pill and use condoms.
PS some women don't take the pill as directed (every day at the same time without ever missing a dose) and then they end up pregnant. So if you suspect your gf may secretly want to get pregnant (and it sure sounds like she does) then you should probably committ to using condoms with spermicide every single time.
Not worth it to take chances.

Yes it is possible...but not likely. Have her take a pregancy test. The only way to completely prevent is to keep a condom on or your penis away. Even precum has sperm in it...and sperm are strong and can swim far even if there is no penetration.

It's possible, but not probable. I guess it depends on exactly WHERE you ejaculated. The mucus is there to help the sperm swim to the right place, so I guess it's possible for her to get pregnant if you ejaculated very close to her opening. Stranger things have happened.

Yes, cut it out. If semen comes near the vagina or is on fingers that are inserted into the vagina, pregnancy can occur.
