Some trees "move" by growing roots longer in one direction and effectively pulling themselves through the soil to an area with richer nutrients. Flowers open every day to greet the sun, have you ever seen a time-lapse photography session showing that? It's plenty interesting.

Thigmotropism is a response to touch in plants; Venus Fly Traps are notorious for this, although vines will also slowly wind around a tree or hard surface. (By the way, I think you posted in the wrong section.)

some species move when you touch them, then... you have the sunflower which follows the sun, then those plants which trap flies
