are there any stretches i could do at home to help me be better at splits and gymnastics stuffs......i want 2 try out for cheerleding in my skul next year...thnkz

Get the book "Stretching" by Bob Anderson. Excellent for that topic. The other person is correct that warm muscles are able to stretch better.
In the meanwhile, just do long, slow, gentle versions of the movements you need to do for gymnastics. Stretch only as far as it feels good. If a stretch hurts, you are going too far.

turst me this works i know personal experience take a nice long HOT relazing bath afterwords strest hleg muscles good and your whole body=MORE FLIXIBLE!
