Across from the bed. I use the ALARM feature in my Television. Some times I use my cell phone alarm clock or calendar feature.

Its across the room so i have to get out of bed to shut it up. Its too convenient to put it by the side of the bed

I have a Bose soundsystem which is also an alarm and it is to the Left side of my bed.

Well, I need no alarm clock, we have a donkey and he wakes us up at 6.30 every morning, looking for his breakfast. He doesnt come and shake us like 'wake up, wheres my breakfast' like the cat does, he stands outside in his paddock and lets rip... it echoes across far and wide so I suppose he is doing his bit for the community.

On the table at the foot of my bed... I moved it there temporarily, I guess its time to move it back to the left side of the bed.

across the room... this way, i HAVE to get out of bed in order to turn it off. (otherwise, i have this real bad habit of turning off the alarm and going back to sleep).
