A couple of naps a week? I am 28 weeks along and STILL have my daily nap. I am always sooo tired and I find I function better if I get my nap. I wish it was only a couple a week. Oh well. Good luck

Well I am just barely in my second term (16 weeks) but I am still so tired. I think its because I have to get up so early and I have a four year old at home who doesnt quite get the concept that mommy needs a nap yet. So I catch up my sleep on the weekends when I am not at work but I still feel tired not as bad as the first term but still feel like I need a nap. I wish I could get more sleep.

I feel like I need 3 naps a day!!! It's completely normal! Even though I'm less tired than I was in the 1st trimester I'm still exhausted!!
If you can...take naps! :)

i wish i had time to take a nap everyday! i am 31 weeks and would have liked to take a nap everyday my whole pregnancy. i dont get home till about 6 so if i took a nap i wouldn't get up till the next day.

im only 16 1/2 weeks but im really tired also. I get so tired i cant even keep my eyes open sometimes. before i was pregnant, i never used to sleep, always high energy & on the go. I think its normal.

me..and im in my third trimester and i still need them...i feel like my elderly patients sometimes...lol...its normal..but i tell myself might as well get them naps in now b.c for a couple of months i wont be able to sleep full nights...good luck and congrats..

Heh, I'm at 35 weeks and I've needed them all the time. It's just now that I stopped working and can afford having them whenever I wish.

Some people need more rest than others. Your body is working for two, and that can make you very very tired. Sleep as much as you can.

That went away for me after 14 wks. I'm starting to get tired again, but I'm 38 wks ;)
