with all this f/a movement and trading,do you think teams this year are drafting for the future rather than right now,and how much manuevering is gonna go on come draft day?

i think whether you draft for the future or for now depends on a number of factors, such as the players available to you, how old(in general) the team is, where your older players are(and where you will need to fill gaps in the future), whether you have the kind of team at the moment that can win now, and in part your divisional opponents who make up close to half your schedule...as for trades on draft day, i think they will be down this year because there seems to be a top-heavy talent pool and everyone wants to get their guy before some less-developed players become the top options

It seems that the 'win it now' process is again in effect. I only know of a couple of teams that have not really upgraded.
