Firstly, the most informative sites and best deals are not based in the US for Europe. You need to access local sites based in Europe with US customer service.

There's a directory called Tourism Rankings which provides links to all the National Tourism Offices in Europe. Here's the link:

Hey, for people ages 18-35 years old, Contiki Holidays is a great site. Check them out at www.contiki.com . They offer travel tours all over Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. I went to Europe with them for two weeks and had a blast. Hopefully some other people will find their site useful!
