Timmy, I sense your going to get your *** kicked on this one, so, let me help...
You could send him a fake draft notice to deploy to Iraq June 6th after graduation...or even for next year ...
Your could mail to his school a sperm donor rejection (check the net for "prank envelopes" I did this to a guy at work and used an "extra small condom company envelope".....riot dude, riot...)
Have a VERY LARGE black guy confront him about seeing his GF "Shaneese" and watch him piss himself...
Keep it simple and don't do any prank that might make him do something stupid like drive into a tree or jump off a bridge thinking he has a deseas....

Just observe him and see if he has a really important project or paper that he has or will have to work very hard on and contact that teacher and explain that you want to play a little trick on him and have the teacher give him an F (just for fun) and see his reaction to that. Could be really funny!

It's gotta be the chin gag. Get him to grasp his chin in his fist really hard for about three minutes, and then bop him on the underside and a blood vessel will burst... it's really funny cuz it leaves a mark for a few days.

If he's into video games, buy a cheap broken system identical to his and then bust it up in front of him so that he thinks you are breaking his working one. That makes for some good laughs.

Go to the store and buy some "EX-LAXS" and melt them down and then go buy some brownies and pour the "EX-LAXS" over the top of the brownies and serve them to your brother the next day and watch him go running to bathroom all day.

you can do what this couple did to their kids on funny videos. watch "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" late at night and then in the early morning wake him up wearing a mask and wielding a chainsaw.
