The first one.
You've got Triple H and Shawn Michaels, two of RAW's top wrestlers, Randy Orton and Edge, two of RAW's top minor wrestlers, the extreme Jeff and Matt Hardy reuniting, and the WWE Tag Team champs. What more could you want? A LADDER MATCH. Totally I'd pick this over the other one any day.

the tag team match would be more exciting coz cena and batista can be a bit boring to watch!
