most all of them will, but it all depends on if they have the drivers for you network card.

I'd give SuSe linux a shot, but Ubuntu is also popular now.

the easiest to use IMO. I've moved to it from an xp/ubuntu dual boot and it is now my only OS

UBUNTU or XUBUNTU are the easiest to use.
