Right now the starting position for new BS in Finance are in Financial Analyst positions or Associates in Brokerage/Investment Houses.

In Banking it could be starting a a Personal Banker or an Associate in the Personal Investment Group. You would have to pass the Insurance, Series 6 & 63 exams to get your lincenses
