Eat with caution, remember that gum is your 1# enemy here. chewing gum will loosen the glue from your braces. for eating, just eat like you used to. Just forbid yourself from eating:
-Hard Candy
-Ice
-Bubble Gum
-Fruits (apples, corns, and other hard food)
-Anything that is very solid

from now on, eat a good meal right before your appointment, so you can last a little longer before needing to eat. soups are good, pudding, yogurt, applesauce, ice cream, milkshakes, protein drinks, cottage cheese, jello.
