After doing a bit a research for a Women's Studies class I was shocked to find out that some women in fact never have an orgasm. What steps if any has/should the government take to combat this?

Obviously we need to put DICK Cheney in charge of a SURGE to get some ACTION on this crucial topic.
Congress should approve a tax break for women who have orgasms -- I'm sure there are a lot of congressmen out there right now who are itching to take a JUNKet to INTIMATELY study the matter, and don't expect the hearings on this to be anything but behind closed doors. Look for Ted Kennedy to spearHEAD the cause. I'm sure Hillary will be front and center also, complaining that every woman her husband knows would get a taxbreak but her. And look for Barney Frank to try to get an equal taxbreak for the gay and lesbian community.

I wouldn't think the government could help with a womens lack of orgasms would you ? However maybe a campaign which lets women know that it is a common complaint and information on where to get help, would assist them.

I'm not really sure if your question is serious - what does the government have to do with this? If you mean should the government be educating women about this, then yes, they probably should, but they probably won't want to spend money on it.
Some women don't very easily, and it could be physical or psychological. The best thing is to talk to the gynecologist or a sex therapist about it.
