currently playing silent hill 4-the room and it's NOT AT ALL what i was expecting. was told it was SCARY and it's not. it's cool, got some freaky effects but NOT scary! haven't found any game that even compares to resident evil 4. is silent hill 1-3 any scarier?

well part 4 of silent hill sucked but part 2 the best but for real scares you should have tried fatal frame series or kuon

For me I think that silent hill 3 was the best. It had AMAZING graphics and it was pretty cool but, ive only played two of the games :( so mabey I wouldn't be much of help. and silent hill 2 was okay, but the storyline is confusing and im playing it for my 5th time still trying to figure it out.... but in my opinion silent hill 3 is the best for me so far.

Silent hill 4 sucks because it wasn't suppose to be a silent hill, they made this game and realised it was pants and no one would buy it so the stuck the silent hill name on it, added a few hints at the silent hill world and hoped, it sucked,
The best one is silent hill 2

i could say Resident Evil has the more suitable positive universal worry aspect even as Silent Hill is going more suitable for the leaping out of you variety of worry. i imagine SIlent Hill has a narrative that flows more suitable positive then Resident Evil inspite of the truth that. universal i like both video games quite lots haha. won't be able to really %. one over the different.

I am the same I do not think any games are scary so it is hard to tell you
If I had to say I would pick
Resident evil 2
and
Silent hill 1
even though I do not think they are scary
